Three Sheets Soho
Three Sheets is the sort of place you go for a martini or three anytime you need either a pick me up or to celebrate.
Their Dalston venue is the OG but they’ve also opened a place in Soho which is today's focus.
The cocktails are fantastic. They’re the style I personally love. Alcohol forward but also crisp and delicious. Sophisticated without being too sweet or fruity.
The bartenders are great too. Firstly they know their stuff (and are happy to make recommendations). Somehow the staff there is also a combination of good looking and friendly. A rarity in London.
Finally the fit out. Three Sheets has managed to find a space that’s beautiful for summer with doors that open onto a pedestrianised square and yet is cosy and warm for winter.
I went on a Tuesday mid-afternoon (don’t ask) and somehow we weren’t the first people there and the bar was bustling by 4pm. I’ll tell you now, a visit is strongly encouraged anytime of day for any reason and we strongly endorse their martinis.
